Kilo kayb\u0131<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0130\u015ftahs\u0131zl\u0131k (anoreksi)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Siyah, katran gibi d\u0131\u015fk\u0131lar (GI kanal\u0131nda kanama belirtisi)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Alimentary lenfoman\u0131n, kedilerde l\u00f6semi vir\u00fcs\u00fc (FeLV) ile ili\u015fkilendirilme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olan t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr, ancak bu semptomlar\u0131 fark ederseniz erken veteriner bak\u0131m\u0131 almak hala \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>Mediastinal Lenfoma<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediastinal lenfoma, g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs bo\u015flu\u011funda, \u00f6zellikle akci\u011ferler aras\u0131nda meydana gelir ve genellikle timus bezi ve yak\u0131n\u0131ndaki lenf d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcmlerini i\u00e7erir. Bu lenfoma t\u00fcr\u00fc genellikle kedilerde l\u00f6semi vir\u00fcs\u00fc (FeLV) ile ili\u015fkilidir, \u00f6zellikle daha gen\u00e7 kedilerde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mediastinal lenfoman\u0131n semptomlar\u0131 \u015funlard\u0131r:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nefes alma zorlu\u011fu (dispne)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00e7\u0131k a\u011f\u0131zla nefes alma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00fcrekli \u00f6ks\u00fcr\u00fck<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>13. veya ani kilo kayb\u0131.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Belirgin kilo kayb\u0131<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediastinal lenfoma olan kediler ayr\u0131ca, nefes almay\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131ran akci\u011ferlerin etraf\u0131nda s\u0131v\u0131 birikimi olan plevral eff\u00fczyon geli\u015ftirebilir. Erken tespit ve tan\u0131 kritik \u00f6neme sahiptir, \u00f6zellikle zaten FeLV ile te\u015fhis edilmi\u015f kedilerde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>Multisentrik Lenfoma<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Multisentrik lenfoma, v\u00fccuttaki birden fazla lenf d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc ve organ\u0131 etkiler. Genellikle kedilerde l\u00f6semi vir\u00fcs\u00fc ile ili\u015fkilidir ve dalak, karaci\u011fer ve kemik ili\u011fi gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli dokular\u0131 i\u00e7erebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Multisentrik lenfoman\u0131n semptomlar\u0131 \u015funlard\u0131r:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u015ei\u015fmi\u015f lenf d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcmleri (genellikle \u00e7ene alt\u0131nda, koltuk altlar\u0131nda veya kas\u0131k b\u00f6lgesinde)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 halsizlik<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Belirgin kilo kayb\u0131<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0130\u015ftah kayb\u0131<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu lenfoma t\u00fcr\u00fc en agresif t\u00fcrlerden biridir ve h\u0131zla birden fazla organ sistemini etkileyebilir. \u015ei\u015fmi\u015f lenf d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcmleri \u00f6nemli bir g\u00f6sterge olup, erken te\u015fhis etkili tedavi i\u00e7in gereklidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong>Renal Lenfoma<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Renal lenfoma \u00f6zellikle b\u00f6brekleri etkiler, bu da kedinizin genel sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve i\u015flevselli\u011fi \u00fczerinde \u00f6nemli bir etki yapabilir. Bu belirtileri fark ederseniz, hemen veterinerinize dan\u0131\u015fmak \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. <strong>Nazal Lenfoma<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Nazal lenfoma burun pasajlar\u0131n\u0131 ve ba\u015f\u0131n \u00e7evresindeki alanlar\u0131 etkiler. Di\u011fer kedi lenfoma t\u00fcrlerine g\u00f6re daha az yayg\u0131n olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, nazal lenfoma nefes almay\u0131 ve y\u00fcz yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 etkiledi\u011fi i\u00e7in kediniz i\u00e7in ciddi rahats\u0131zl\u0131k yaratabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nazal lenfoman\u0131n belirtileri \u015funlard\u0131r:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u00fcrekli hap\u015f\u0131rma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Burun ak\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 (\u015feffaf, sar\u0131 veya kanl\u0131)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Burunla nefes alma zorlu\u011fu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Y\u00fczde \u015fi\u015flik veya deformiteler<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Y\u00fcksek nefes alma veya horlama<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nazal lenfoma bazen solunum enfeksiyonlar\u0131yla kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilir, bu nedenle bu belirtiler devam ederse veteriner de\u011ferlendirmesi gereklidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. <strong>Soliter Lenfoma<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Soliter lenfoma, v\u00fccudun bir izole b\u00f6lgesinde meydana gelen lenfoma anlam\u0131na gelir. Soliter lenfoman\u0131n belirtileri t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn yerle\u015fim yerine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015fir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ciltte lenfoma<\/strong>: G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr \u015fi\u015flikler, \u00fclserler veya cilt lezyonlar\u0131<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Karaci\u011ferde lenfoma<\/strong>: Sar\u0131l\u0131k, kilo kayb\u0131, kusma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Merkezi sinir sisteminde lenfoma<\/strong>: N\u00f6betler, kafa kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya di\u011fer n\u00f6rolojik semptomlar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tekil lenfoma baz\u0131 durumlarda, t\u00fcm\u00f6r tek bir alanda s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131ysa ve erken tespit edilirse, tedavi edilmesi daha kolay olabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kedilerde Lenfoma Tan\u0131s\u0131 ve Tedavisi<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kedilerde lenfoma tan\u0131s\u0131 genellikle kan testleri, r\u00f6ntgenler, ultrasonlar ve doku biyopsileri gibi tan\u0131 testlerinin bir kombinasyonunu i\u00e7erir.
