Mission

The Guardian Project is the window through which TCMVET delivers compassion and care. We are committed to enhancing the dignity of elderly, stray, or health-challenged animals through our Natural Herbal Formulas. We believe that with Natural Holistic Support, every life deserves to be gently protected by the power of nature, turning every act of compassion into a real force for recovery.

Official Partners

Registered animal rescue organizations and non-profit shelters (NGOs).

Guidelines for Individuals

To ensure our charitable resources are distributed accurately, we do not ship free supplies directly to individuals. However, you can participate through:

Option A: Nomination

Nominate a local shelter to join the project. Once a partnership is established, you can take your pet to the station for an on-site evaluation and support.

Option B: Care Grant Application

If no partner station is available nearby and your family is facing financial hardship, you may submit a grant application via email. Care Grants are limited to 30 individuals per month.

Please send the following materials to info@tcm-vet.com:

Medical Evidence

A veterinary diagnostic report issued within the last 3 months.

Veterinarian Info

The attending veterinarian's contact number, email, and clinic location.

Verification

A photo and video (Live Photo) of your pet with a handwritten note showing the current date. (Strictly reviewed for AI or editing).

Social Support

Share The Guardian Project along with a brief recommendation of Baituxiao on IG/FB and attach a screenshot.

Commitment

Product is for personal use only; resale is strictly prohibited.

Limit

Each household and pet is limited to one grant discount.

FAQ

Q1: Why not ship free supplies directly to individuals?
To minimize fraudulent applications and resale, we distribute aid through partner stations for on-site verification.

Q2: What if there is no partner station near me?
You may nominate a local shelter to join. For cases of extreme hardship, email applications are accepted but slots are limited.

Q3: Is support guaranteed?
No. Support depends on verification, inventory, and application order. We reserve the right to decline if hardship is not evident.

TCMVET is committed to providing natural herbal support products as dietary supplements and does not provide medical treatment. To protect our partners and user community and to ensure resources are used responsibly, we may review and verify application information. If an application is found to contain false or misleading content, or involves improper conduct (such as forged documents, resale of supplies, fraudulent submissions, or presenting non-original materials—including AI-generated content—as genuine original work), we reserve the right to terminate the partnership immediately.
