1.1 Our return policy is valid for 7 days. If it is more than 7 days after your receipt, we will not be able to provide you with a return service 1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For new purchase orders from new users:

2.1 Once an order is submitted, you cannot cancel it. All sales are final.

2.2 Refunds are supported even though you have used or used part of the product; our refund policy lasts for 30 days.

2.3 The refund condition must be the first purchase order of a new user. Re-purchase orders/accounts do not support 30-day refunds. Re-purchase customers/orders are considered old customers, and re-purchase orders/old customers cannot enjoy the 30-day super-long refund policy.

2.4 New customers who are not satisfied with their first order within 90 days of use can enjoy an unconditional refund within 30 days.

2.5 However, if you have not actually used the product, you will not be able to refund; this service is only for unsatisfied customers after use (within 30 days).

2.6 If you need to apply for a refund-only service (within 30 days), please explain in detail the reasons for your dissatisfaction; so that we can improve; we will refund you. In addition, we may ask you to provide evidence of daily use, such as photos, videos, etc. of pet use; proving that you are indeed using the supplement to your pet daily as directed.

2.7 To reduce fraud, a new customer’s first order may require the pet’s name, photo and pet details for our records. We also have the right to refuse to ship suspicious orders; because this may be a new ID used by repurchasing users, in order to enjoy the unconditional refund service within 30 days.

For orders purchased again by old users:

2.8 Once an order is submitted, you cannot cancel it. All sales are final.

2.9 You can enjoy the refund policy within 30 days. The condition of the refund is that you have not used it, and at the same time, it needs to meet the conditions that the package is not damaged, not opened, not exposed to water, not stained on the appearance, and does not affect the secondary sales. Then return the goods to our designated warehouse, we receive the goods for inspection; in the case of compliance with our relevant terms, we will refund you.

3. Delayed or lost refunds
3.1 Once your return has been received and inspected, and following your request for a refund, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or denial of the refund.
If you’re approved, we’ll process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original payment method, or a new method (such as a money transfer) within a certain number of days.
3.2 If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first.

4.Return address and shipping fee
4.1 If you need to return the product, please obtain our consent.
