Service includes: Hong Kong China, Taiwan China, Russia, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Philippines, Indonesia, Maldives, Turkey, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Cyprus, etc., covering 48 countries and regions across Asia.
Delivery Time:
East Asia (China, Japan, South Korea, North Korea, Mongolia): 4-7 days.
Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Brunei, East Timor): 5-10 days.
Other Asian regions: 7-15 days.

Customs Clearance Factors: Including but not limited to customs inspections, holiday closures, document processing, requirement to pay additional taxes/fees, or procedural delays.
Force Majeure Events: Including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, war, strikes, pandemic control measures, major logistics network disruptions, etc.
Recipient-Related Factors: Such as incomplete/incorrect address information, inability to contact the recipient, recipient’s failure to promptly cooperate with customs clearance or pay required duties/taxes.
Holidays & Peak Seasons: Such as national holidays/Christmas in the destination country, or global logistics congestion during shopping peaks like Black Friday, Cyber Monday.
For delays in transit where the package is still moving, we cannot offer refunds or compensation but will assist in tracking the package status with the carrier.
Other reasons attributable to third parties (carriers) beyond our control.
Customer Obligations:You are obligated to ensure the accuracy of all provided recipient information, including name, address, phone number, tax ID, etc. You bear responsibility for any delays or losses caused by incorrect information. After placing an order, the delivery address for a shipped order cannot be arbitrarily changed; you may contact the carrier directly to request a change. We are not responsible for any delays or losses resulting from such changes.
Shipping Origin:Except for orders to the United States and Canada, orders for other countries and regions are shipped from China and Hong Kong China.
International Courier Services:We use reliable international couriers to ensure your orders reach their destination safely worldwide.
Order Tracking:You can track your package in real-time using the international courier’s tracking system.
Please note: For some orders, we initially use a consolidation shipping method. A new international or local tracking number may be issued after customs clearance. Tracking information might be temporarily unavailable during the consolidation period. Your understanding is appreciated.
